Stay Young Whatever the Weather!

Nature simply has its way of doing things that we
sometimes have no control over. One minute it’s
dry and hot and everyone’s worried there’s a
drought coming. And then before you know it,
the skies open and everywhere’s
getting flooded!

While the weather decides if its winter or spring,
you decide if you want your skin young and healthy or constantly under
the weather.

Healthy skin starts from the inside.  What you put into your body
(food and cosmetics alike) will have a resultant effect on how your
skin looks and feels. Every organ in your body (your skin being the largest)
is dependent on what goes into the body as a whole; so you really are
‘what you eat’.

Here are some simple tips to keep you skin looking ageless:

Have at least one meal a day that consists of raw food such as fruits and
vegetables.

It is also important to drink a lot of water. Six to eight glasses of water
everyday will help keep your complexion glowing, give you more energy
and keep you detoxed and hydrated.

Try out an Oil Cleansing Method (OCM) for your skin. Watch my
demonstration of how to do this at home by clicking on this link -

After cleansing, stimulate the skins circulation by splashing on cold water.

At night, dry mature skin will benefit from rich oil such as Avocado or
Hazelnut oil.

Every other week, use an old soft toothbrush to brush the skin on the
face in an upward direction. This helps to stimulate circulation, gets rid
of dead skin cells, makes the skin glow and tones the facial muscles.

Finally, cut down on alcohol and quit smoking if you can

Take good care of your skin and have a good weekend!
