I've been doing a lot of walking this week. Not
by choice, but it’s been fantastic! I feel a lot lighter (don’t ask why!) and
more energetic.
There’s
no doubt that exercise does wonders for our body. That has been proven time and
time again, so I don’t need to mention any studies that have been carried out
in this regard.
The
exciting thing also is that when you exercise, the body’s circulation is
increased. This goes a long way to improve the appearance of the skin, giving
the skin a nice glow.
It
also encourages detoxification in the body flushing out toxins especially when
you sweat.
Through
all this, there is also a process of cell renewal going on. I don’t know about
yours, but cell renewal means rejuvenation in my books!
So
this weekend, don’t stay indoors, have a nice walk about, walk to shops instead
of driving, have a run in the park and
have a really vibrant weekend!
